Where Next Connector Pro purchases include a 14-day strict money-back guarantee.

When a refund is available

You may request a refund during the first 14 days following the purchase date if you experience a verified defect that makes a material function of Where Next Connector Pro unusable.

Before a refund is approved, you must give the Where Next support team a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the problem. You may be asked to provide information about your WordPress installation, the steps needed to reproduce the issue and relevant diagnostic details.

If we cannot resolve a qualifying defect after your reasonable cooperation with support, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund of the purchase price.

What is not covered

The strict money-back guarantee does not cover:

  • Missing features that were not advertised as part of the purchased plan
  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Failure to read the product description or system requirements
  • Problems caused by an unsupported WordPress or PHP version
  • Conflicts or incompatibilities with third-party themes, plugins, hosting services or other software
  • Incorrect configuration where the Connector itself is functioning as described
  • Failure to provide sufficient information or reasonable cooperation for support to investigate the issue
  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date

  2. Provide the email address used for the purchase.
  3. Include the purchase or licence details where available.
  4. Describe the problem and the steps required to reproduce it.
  5. Allow the support team a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Payments and refund processing

Payments for Where Next Connector Pro are processed by Freemius, which acts as the merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

PayPal refunds are normally processed immediately. Credit-card refunds may take approximately 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Subscription cancellation

Cancelling automatic renewal prevents future renewal charges. Cancellation by itself does not create a right to a refund for a payment already processed. Refund eligibility is determined by the conditions above.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
